Snipe List

TLDR — This is the official Snipe List for PvP Divisions under Team NLK. Below you'll find current bounties available for members and non-members to claim. Occasionally our clan will encounter an unrelenting foe on the battlefield who seeks to make a name for themselves by targeting our members. Should their actions lead to friendly rivalry, we may place their names here in response to their notoriety.

The Kill List

The term Kill on Sight (usually abbreviated “KoS”) is a distinguished status reserved for enemy players of our clan known for their persistent ganking and aggressive behaviour towards our members. This status is reserved for only the most notorious adversaries and is assigned after substantial evidence has been collected of their transgressions. Some of these offenses may include skirmishes against our members, repeated interference in RP events, harassing (ie intentionally tagging mobs, leading packs of mobs to unsuspecting members, etc.) or camping corpses and spawn points. If these players are seen by any members of our organization it is considered their dutiful obligation to attack or otherwise kill the player.

Assassins Wanted

One shot, one kill. No luck, all skill.

In some rare circumstances an entire clan may be labelled KoS and as such if any opposing member, regardless of rank or level, is flagged for PvP then our response will be swift and fatal retaliation. We consider this a war between clans and casualties will be anticipated on both sides. There are no restrictions in place regarding the level difference or consecutive number of kills against any member of a rival clan.

This is not a blacklist, we do not tolerate harassment or in-game abuse of any kind against these individuals! Any report of such behaviour may be cause for disciplinary action or refusal of future contracts. This is meant to be a more engaging way to interact with the opposite faction or team. We want those who kill our members to know that their bloodshed will be repaid in kind and no quarter will be given.

We do not condone flaming or trolling, only in-game assassination in the spirit of roleplay or PvP. If the targeted player can prove you were rude or abusive in the manner of your bounty collection then your reward and acknowledgement will be forfeit. This is not about being a jerk, it’s about having fun and encouraging continued PvP participation for us as well as them. Assassinate your target and confirm your kill, keep it professional.

Anything goes as far as the method used in acquiring your kill as long as it does not violate the Terms of Service. You can ambush them, outnumber them, set a trap, or sneak up on them when they’re AFK. There is no mercy or propriety for those who end up on our snipe list, their death is all that matters to us.

Skill Classifications

There are four different classifications of an enemy combatant, they are as follows:

Average
This player is pretty ordinary in terms of skill, they can still be dangerous if they catch you off guard, but in a 1:1 fight we anticipate our members to dispatch this foe with little trouble. Typically an Average Skill Rating also indicates that this person belongs to an inactive or non-PvP clan, so retaliation is not a big concern.

Dangerous
A Dangerous player is usually well prepared for battle at any given moment. They’ve demonstrated the ability to defeat an experienced clan member in 1:1 combat and may have allies waiting on call to reinforce their position. Caution is advised while hunting solo.

Lethal
This is a very skilled player and extreme caution is recommended when engaging a Lethal enemy. Pursuing a Lethal bounty is not recommended as a solo mission and retaliation is an almost certain guarantee, ensure you have taken all necessary precautions and that you’re prepared to deal with fast-arriving reinforcements. An ambush or trap is usually the best approach when attempting to collect this bounty.

Master
A Master player is extremely rare, these are individuals who have demonstrated an almost supernatural ability to slay nerds. It is not uncommon for a Master to kill four players in a single battle. A party or raid may need to be created to collect this bounty and solo pursuit is not advisable. Masters are not always highly skilled players, but instead may be well-protected by their clan making any attempts on their life very difficult which results in a high failure rate.

Bounty Claims

Please note that rewards can be claimed by multiple individuals, however these rewards will be split evenly amongst the group. The number of claims are limited to once per day and until the contract status is listed as Inactive. If you’re interested in becoming a bounty hunter or claiming any of the rewards listed below, then your submission must meet the following criteria:

  • A confirmed kill via screenshot where your name and the target’s name are both visible. This includes scoreboards at the end of a match, your score must be the higher of the two. Combat logs are also an acceptable submission.
  • If you die in the process of collecting your bounty, your claim is still valid as long as the target is eliminated.
  • If the target is AFK, then a follow-up screenshot of your Combat Log is required.
  • If the target disconnects in the middle of a losing match, this is not a valid submission.
  • Done in the spirit of fair play, no glitching, cheating or violating Terms of Service!
  • Absolutely no slandering or social harassment of any kind is tolerated, evidence of this is cause for immediate dismissal of your claim and possible disciplinary action for NLK members.
  • Please inquire before you pursue a contract as we reserve the right to refuse payment for any bounty listed here. Kill at your own risk!

There are currently no active contracts, and that’s a good thing! Please check back later.
